WINDOW WASHERS RESCUED AFTER STAGE COLLAPSE

In this article (Click here) you’ll note that what saved these window washers from what could have been a fatal incident was their safety equipment.  During the rescue, Toronto Fire District Chief Stephan Powell told CP24 that “they both made it to the same ledge and they were both basically saved by their safety equipment.”

This demonstrates the importance of having an engineered, inspected and maintained Fall Arrest system in emergency situations such as this one.
